Refund Policy
At Bodyvera, we value the time, energy, and commitment of both our clients and instructors. To keep our schedule running smoothly and our community supported, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Class Packages & Memberships

All class packs, memberships, and single sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Packages have an expiration date listed at the time of purchase (typically 90 days for class packs) and cannot be extended unless approved by management for medical or special circumstances.

Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.

Private & Semi-Private Sessions

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule or cancel a private or semi-private appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session.

Sessions canceled before 24 hours may be rescheduled within your package period.

Group Classes

Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

No-shows or late cancellations automatically deduct the class credit from your package.

Workshops, Events & Promotions

All workshop and special-event purchases are final sale, unless the event is canceled by Bodyvera.

In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, clients may choose a full refund or credit toward a future class or event.

Studio Credit Exceptions
We understand life happens. If you experience an emergency, illness, or injury, please text 206-883-1838 — we’ll review your situation with care and may offer studio credit at our discretion.
By booking a class or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
